2023-2028 Strategic Plan
In April of 2023, the Cleveland City Council adopted the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, which outlined the City’s governance and planning process and allowed the Council to foster a pragmatic governance model, identify vision and mission elements and identify and establish strategies, goals and objectives for moving Cleveland forward. This process brings leadership staff and Council closer together as a team and provides a mechanism for monitoring the implementation process in order to ensure that these strategies are addressed and accomplished over time.
As part of the strategic planning process, the City Council and City staff regularly review and update the Implementation Plan for the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, in accordance with the following timeline:
- Adopted – April 2023
- 1st Update – July 2023
- 2nd Update – October 2023
- 3rd Update – January 2024
- 4th Update – June 2024
- 5th Update – October 2024
