The Cleveland, Texas Municipal Court is offering a Warrant Amnesty Program from March 2, through April 30, 2026.

This limited-time opportunity allows individuals with outstanding traffic warrants to resolve their cases without fear of arrest. If you have missed a court date, have unpaid fines, or defaulted on a payment plan resulting in a warrant, now is the time to take action.

Participants may be eligible to:

• Address outstanding warrants
• Set up or reinstate payment plans
• Avoid additional penalties or arrest
