The City of Cleveland Municipal Courts is implementing an Amnesty Program from March 2nd to April 30th , and it’s an opportunity you won’t want to miss if you have outstanding warrants you wish to resolve.

The Amnesty Program offers a valuable opportunity for any defendant who voluntarily appears at Cleveland Municipal Court to resolve all outstanding cases eligible for the program, without the fear of arrest.

Why does the Municipal Court offer an Amnesty Program?

This program resolves cases when all other avenues have failed, ensuring that the citizens of Cleveland receive the assistance they need with any unresolved Municipal Court cases.

What kinds of cases are eligible for Amnesty rates?

Most warrants are eligible for the Amnesty Program; however, each case is unique, we encourage you to contact the Cleveland Municipal Court to determine your eligibility.

What are my options if I find out that I have warrants?

We encourage you to contact the Municipal Court if you have outstanding warrants. A member of the Court will assist you in identifying the following steps to resolve your outstanding warrant without the fear of arrest.
