Payments
All payments for Burial Plots can be handled at City Hall with the City Secretary. Or you can mail your payments to Cleveland City Hall's address to the attention of the City Secretary.
Cemetery Locations
The Cleveland City Cemeteries include:
- Cleveland Memorial Cemetery located across the street from the Cleveland Police Station on Peach Avenue which has 17.57 acres of burial spaces.
- Cleveland Memorial Gardens located next to Samuel Wiley Park at 1030 Green Street which has 4.24 acres of burial spaces.
Maps showing the location of lots and spaces in the cemeteries are available in the City Secretary's office at City Hall.

Lot Sizes
Full lots in the city cemeteries consist of eight grave spaces. Lots measure 20 feet by 20 feet and individual grave spaces measure 5 feet by 10 feet except in the new section where the lots are 4 feet by 10 feet in size. In Babyland, a space equals 5 feet by 3.25 feet. In the Urn Garden, a space equals 2.5 feet by 3.25 feet.

Rules & Regulations
To assist the city in its efforts to maintain these cemeteries’ beauty, the Cemetery Rules and Regulations 2025 have been adopted by the City Council.
All lot owners and persons interested in the cemeteries are requested to familiarize themselves with and conform to these regulations, and report any infraction thereof, in order that the city cemeteries may be a permanent and beautiful symbol of reverence for the deceased.
